Itinerary Description:

Day 01 :

 

Arrive at Delhi international airport a representative will be waiting for you inside the arrival terminal visitor place, holding a placard. Meet upon arrival and transfer to your Hotel for check-in. Spend overnight at you’re the hotel.

 

Day 02 :

 

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Delhi. The palaces worth visiting are Raj ghat, Red Fort, built by the great Mughal Shah Jahan in the 17th century (Passing by in car on the way to Old Delhi). Rising amid the chaotic huddle of streets is the Jama Masjid, India's with rickshaw ride.  New Delhi visiting India Gate – The memorial arch of the World War, President House – official residence of India’s President, Birla temple & Bangla Sahib Gurudwara.  Also, visit to Humayun’s tomb. Spend overnight at Hotel.

 

Day 03 :

 

After breakfast, transfer to railway station to board train to Jaipur. Upon arrival, meet and Assist and then transfer to your hotel. JAIPUR, popularly known as the Pink City, was founded in 1727 AD by one of the greatest rulers of the Kachhawaha clan, the astronomer king Sawai Jai Singh. The pink color was used at the time of making to create an impression of red sandstone buildings of Mughal cities - and repainted in 1876, during the visit of the Prince of Wales. The city is best explored on foot and the adventurous visitor willing to go into the inner lanes can discover a whole new world not visible to the tourist-in-a-hurry. Rest of the day free at leisure. Day 04 :

 

After Breakfast proceed for sight seeing tour of JAIPUR – which includes visits to the City Palace of the Jaipur Maharaja. The honey-comb designed Hawa Mahal also known as the Palace of Wind from where the royal ladies, who lived in seclusion, observed life on the outside yet remained hidden inside. Also we visit the amazingly accurate Jantar Mantar stone Observatory and Amber Palace - The Former Capital of Rajput kingdom. We step back in time as we are transported up the hill to the palace on brightly caparisoned elephants — true to the style of the Maharajas of the past. Inside we find lavish courtyards, beautifully decorated halls and a lovely Chamber of Mirrors. Evening return & free to rest & relax. Spend overnight at Hotel.

 

Day 05 :

 

After breakfast, drive to Agra. AGRA is a sprawling industrial city, 204 Kms south of Delhi, is synonymous with the Taj Mahal, India’s most famous building, which sits on the bank of Yamuna River. The city has a lively but chaotic chowk and plenty of places to stay and eat. Upon arrival check-in the Hotel PM: Proceed for sightseeing tour of AGRA CITY -Two great Mughal monarchs, Akbar and Shah Jahan, transformed the little village of Agra into a befitting second capital of the Mughal Empire - giving it the name Dar-ul-Khilafat {seat of the Emperor}. Today a visitor to Agra is caught up in a world of contrasting edifices, of red sandstone and white marble, narrow galleys and quaint buggies, and that irresistible charm that this favorite city of the Mughals still retains. It is not surprising, that modern Agra still reflects its Mughal heritage most conspicuously. A walk down the narrow bustling streets of the city will introduce the visitor to the wafting aroma of Mughlai cuisine.. Spend overnight at hotel.

 

Day 06 :

 

After breakfast, proceed for sight seeing tour of The TAJ MAHAL: Little needs to be said about this architectural wonder, which is always the soul raison-de-etre for every tourist's visit to Agra. Built by Shah Jahan, the Taj is a white marble memorial to his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument took 22 years to be completed and was designed, and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. Apart from its stunning design balance and perfect symmetry, the Taj is also noted particularly for its elegant domes, intricately carved screens and some of the best inlay work ever seen. PM: Transfer to Jaipur enroute visit Fathepur Sikhri. Day 07 :

 

Drive to Uncha gaon (180 kms/04 hrs). Unchagaon is village close to Garh Mukteswar on Moradabad – New Delhi National Highway. Around 10 kms short of Brijghat, Ucchagaon is on left diversion off the highway. This place, Ucchagaon is incidentally very close to river Ganges . The particular stretch is very famous for Dolphins. Bask in the solitude in the warm sunshine, sit beneath the trees or walk along the river. Only very lucky ones may even see crocodile. Near the ancient temple of Amantika Devi, tucked away among the trees on the banks of River Ganges, is a very picturesque spot. O/N in hotel.

 

Day 08 :

 

After breakfast, drive to Haridwar. Haridwar is the gateway to the four pilgrimages of Uttarakhand. It's also your starting point on the journey to the sacred sources of the Ganga and the Yamuna Rivers. This holy city is home to some of the Most sacred Hindu rituals. Round the year, devotees  from all over the country flock here in their thousands to perform "Poojas" or prayers. Renowned for the "Maha Kumbh Mela" which appears Every 12 years and the enchanting "Aarti" at "Har Ki Pauri" which captives the beholder with hundreds of burning wick lamps floating down the Ganga, this town has been distinguished for centuries in the Indian society. Day 09 :

 

Tour of the town and in the evening enjoy  Arati in the ganges. O/N in hotel.

 

Day 10 :

 

After breakfast, drive to Rishkesh. Rishikesh 24 Kms. from Hardwar. Located in the laps of lower Himalayas, and is surrounded by scenic beauty of the hills on three sides with Holy Ganga flowing through it. The whole place is considered to be sacred as it is believed that meditation at this place leads to attainment of salvation. There are many temples-some ancient, some new along the river Ganges. Rishikesh is important not only as pilgrimage centre closely associated with the Ramayana, but also as home for many important centres of Hindu religious thought and spirituality, and as a very great Yoga Centre. There are a great many ashrams and Yoga institutes here. Rishikesh is also the gateway and the start-off point for journeys to important religious places like Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri.  P.M. Tour of the town. O/N in hotel.

 

Day 11 :

 

Drive to Corbett National Park. Corbett national park was established in 1936, as the Hailey National Park. In 1955-56 it has changed to Ramganga National Park and finally Jim Corbett National Park in the honor of legendary hunter-turned- conservationist, best known for hunting man-eating tigers and leopards in the Kumaon and lower Garhwal in the 1920s. Corbett National park is known for its varied wildlife, and as the site for the launching of Project Tiger. Corbett National Park was one of the nine tiger reserves created at the launch of the Project Tiger in 1973. The original area of the Corbett National Park was 323.75 sq. km. to which 197.07 sq. km. was added later. In 1991, an area of 797.72 sq km was added as buffer area of the Corbett Tiger Reserve. It area includes kalagarh forest division and Ramnagar forest division. P.M. Game drive. O/N in Resort.
