Itinerary Description:

Day 01 :

 

Arrive at Delhi international airport. A representative will be waiting for you inside the arrival terminal visitor place, holding a placard. Meet upon arrival and transfer to your Hotel.

 


Day 02 :

 

After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Delhi. The palaces worth visiting are Raj ghat, Red Fort, built by the great Mughal Shah Jahan in the 17th century (Passing by in car on the way to Old Delhi). Rising amid the chaotic huddle of streets is the Jama Masjid, India's with rickshaw ride.  New Delhi visiting India Gate – The memorial arch of the World War, President House – official residence of India’s President, Birla temple & Bangla Sahib Gurudwara.  Also, visit to Humayun’s tomb. Spend overnight at Hotel.


Day 03 :

 

After breakfast drive to Mandawa - The medieval Fort of Mandawa gradually raises on the horizon like a mirage. A breathtaking view of the town can be seen from the terrace of Castle Mandawa. Precious collection of arms with jade handles, traditional ceremonial costumes can be seen at the Museum at the Castle. The Havelis worth a visit are Chokhani, Saraf, Goenka and Ladia in this town. Built in 1775 by Thakur Nawal Singh, descendant of Rao Shekhaji, who also founded the city of Nawalgarh? The Castle, now a house of an interesting collection of paintings, jade, costumes and antiques, The courtyard and the terrace come to live during evenings with candle-lit dinners and fire-dances during the season. A two hundred and forty year old fortress that has been converted by the family into a fine example of traditional hospitality, upon arrival check in to the Hotel, PM: Free to rest and relax. Day 04 :

 

After breakfast, proceed for the sight seeing tour of the Mandawa, Nawalgarh is rightly referred to as the Open Air Gallery. There is art all around. Nawalgarh is renowned all over the world for its exquisitely painted havelis that are beautifully designed and carved. The havelis are the mansions that boast of the beautifully carved wooden gates and the painted walls. The ornate iron and brass fittings revealed the affluence of the owner of the haveli. The marvelous murals have been painted on both the sides of the walls. The paintings were further decorated with small pieces of mirror, gold and silver leaves. The religious nature of the people is revealed in the paintings that revolve around the themes for the life and times of Lord Krishna. In fact there are a range of topics that get covered on the walls of the havelis at Nawalgarh. The list of must visit havelis at Nawalgarh comprises of the Anandilal Poddar Haveli, the Jodhraj Patodia Haveli, Bansidar Bhagat Haveli, Chokhani Haveli, the Aath (eght) Haveli complex, Chhawchhariya Haveli, Murarka Haveli, Hem Raj Kulwal Haveli, Bhagton Ki Haveli, and Khedwal Bhavan. The traders and merchants constructed most of the havelis in the 18th century and the early 19th century. The business of silk and opium brought in a lot of wealth to the merchants. Day 05 :

 

After breakfast, drive to Pushkar upon arrival check-in Hotel. Pushkar is a sacred town for the Hindus, situated 11 kms. to the North-West of Ajmer. The charm of this sleepy, lakeside settlement so captivated the great Indian poet, Kalidas,that it found a place in his classic, Abhigyan Sakuntalam. The Great Hindu epics of Mahabharat and Ramayana make references to this religious place regarded to be Adi Tiratha. Evidence points to its having existed during the fourth century B.C. lake in the inhospitable surroundings of a desert is no less than a miracle. Later day Free or if you wish you can go out for a walking sight seeing by yourself. Spend overnight at hotel.

 

Day 06 :

 

After breakfast drive to Jaipur which takes around 6 hours drive. JAIPUR, popularly known as the Pink City, was founded in 1727 AD by one of the greatest rulers of the Kachhawaha clan, the astronomer king Sawai Jai Singh. The pink color was used at the time of making to create an impression of red sandstone buildings of Mughal cities - and repainted in 1876, during the visit of the Prince of Wales. The city is best explored on foot and the adventurous visitor willing to go into the inner lanes can discover a whole new world not visible to the tourist-in-a-hurry. Day 07:

 

After Breakfast proceed for sight seeing tour of JAIPUR – which includes visits to the City Palace of the Jaipur Maharaja. The honey-comb designed Hawa Mahal also known as the Palace of Wind from where the royal ladies, who lived in seclusion, observed life on the outside yet remained hidden inside. Also we visit the amazingly accurate Jantar Mantar stone Observatory and Amber Palace - The Former Capital of Rajput kingdom. We step back in time as we are transported up the hill to the palace on brightly caparisoned elephants — true to the style of the Maharajas of the past. Inside we find lavish courtyards, beautifully decorated halls and a lovely Chamber of Mirrors. Evening return & free to rest & relax. Spend overnight at Hotel.

 

Day 08 :

 

After breakfast, drive to Agra enroute visit Fathepur Sikhri. Later continue, drive to Agra is a sprawling industrial city, 204 Kms south of Delhi, is synonymous with the Taj Mahal, India’s most famous building, which sits on the bank of Yamuna River. The city has a lively but chaotic chowk and plenty of places to stay and eat. Upon arrival check-in the Hotel Mansingh for stay.

 

Day 09 :

 

After breakfast proceeds for sight seeing tour of The TAJ MAHAL: Little needs to be said about this architectural wonder, which is always the soul raison-de-etre for every tourist's visit to Agra. Built by Shah Jahan, the Taj is a white marble memorial to his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument took 22 years to be completed and was designed, and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. Apart from its stunning design balance and perfect symmetry, the Taj is also noted particularly for its elegant domes, intricately carved screens and some of the best inlay work ever seen. Later proceed for sight seeing tour of AGRA CITY -Two great Mughal monarchs, Akbar and Shah Jahan, transformed the little village of Agra into a befitting second capital of the Mughal Empire - giving it the name Dar-ul-Khilafat {seat of the Emperor}. Today a visitor to Agra is caught up in a world of contrasting edifices, of red sandstone and white marble, narrow galleys and quaint buggies, and that irresistible charm that this favorite city of the Mughals still retains. It is not surprising, that modern Agra still reflects its Mughal heritage most conspicuously. A walk down the narrow bustling streets of the city will introduce the visitor to the wafting aroma of Mughlai cuisine. PM: drive to Delhi, upon arrival check-in Hotel for overnight stay.

 

Day 10 :

 

After breakfast, departure transfer to Domestic airport to board AM: flight to Goa, upon arrival in Goa meet & greet and transfer to Hotel / Resort. Goa is located in the west coast of India is one of the most popular tourist destinations of India. Blessed with a coastal climate, the best time to visit Goa is from mid July to September end or November end to mid February.
